To return item(s) for an exchange, refund or warranty please do the following:

1. Fill out the Return Authorization Form below. Write any additional information in the 'Notes' box below. After a short time you should receive an automated email reply confirming our receipt of your request.
2. You will then receieve a Return Authorization email. Please include the return authorization (RA) number on the shipping label or in the shipping box.
3. Enclose the original or a copy of the sales invoice with a detailed note describing the reason for return along with the item(s) being returned. Your return may be delayed without complete information.
4. Carefully package the merchandise. Powerlet Products cannot be responsible for shipping damage of improperly packaged returns.
