Ordering

How do I order online?

Simply click the Add to Cart button found on every product page. You may continue to add items to your cart until your order is complete. Click on the Check out now button in the sidebar. Select the option of payment you wish to use. Enter your shipping and billing address. Choose your shipping and payment methods. Review then submit your order to complete.

Availability Status

What does the Availability status mean?

We strive to keep our website updated with the latest stock. Like many online stores, there is a delay between our website and the inventory. If you see available Now, expect speedy processing and fast delivery. Otherwise, you will see MM/DD/YYYY indicating that the item is backordered. You can still place this item in your cart and we will ship the part (at no additional cost to you) once the part comes in.

Can I be notified when a product comes back in stock?

Not yet! We are working on it!

Taxes

Will I be charged sales tax?

Currently, the only state charged sales tax is Michigan. If you are purchasing your product from an authorized dealer, you will be charged the state sales tax of the dealer's location.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my international order?

Yes. We have no control over the fees assessed through customs. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping

Products are shipped in the order they are received. Overnight, 2-day and priority shipping situations will be handled accordingly without bias. Expedited shipping can only be guaranteed for orders placed before 2:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. If your country is not in our drop-down list, we are unable to ship orders to that country. We ship orders via FedEx or UPS, and you will receive a tracking number when your orders ships.

Payment Methods

What are your accepted payment methods?

By default, prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. We also have currency viewers for the Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Great Britain Pound and Japanese Yen. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept PayPal. You must have an established PayPal account. For more information on setting up a PayPal account, visit their web site.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we are able to make some changes. Please call us at 586-932-6886 (586-932-6886) as soon as possible to make these changes.

What's your cancellation policy?

As long as we still have the order here, we can cancel your order. If we have shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order. Please contact customer service to handle returns.
