Sterling Heights, Michigan — Jul 14, 2016 — With sights set on building an enduring global brand, Coliant continues to grow. After many years of operations at our historic Chicago Road facility in Warren Michigan and the Velocity Center in Sterling Heights Michigan, our business has now expanded beyond the capacity of these two facilities.
As a result of the successful commercialization of it's core technologies, Coliant is now one of the portfolio companies of Skypoint Ventures, a venture capital firm located in Flint Michigan. With this investment, Coliant Group, LLC has now completed it's acquisition of Coliant Corporation.
With the establishment of our new global logistics facility in Dongguan China, Coliant has the ability to deliver our products and services even faster to our customers worldwide. Coliant's products have already been sold in over 70 countries reaching all corners of the globe. The acquisition of Laystitch Technologies in Highland Michigan also promises to bring an improved production process for both our Personal Climate Control Systems product line and also opens the door for growth in the emerging Structural Composites business unit.
Because of these acquisitions and growth we are also pleased to announce that Coliant Group, LLC has relocated our US operations to a much larger facility in Sterling Heights Michigan. This move will allow us to better service the needs of our customer base. Both our phone and fax numbers will remain the same and any correspondence being sent to Coliant Group, LLC or one of our divisions; Powerlet, Atomic Skin or Luggage Electrix should be sent to:
Coliant Group, LLC
39349 Mound Rd.
Sterling Heights, MI 48314.
We would like to thank our customers for their patronage and look forward to many years of serving them from our new facilities.
